Ticket Delivery Information

Tickets can be delivered in several different formats: PDF e-tickets, Mobile Tickets, Mobile Ticket Transfer, Third Party Application or Hard Copy tickets via registered post.

Event organisers tend to release tickets very close to the event and very often tickets aren’t released until around 72 hours before the event. As soon as your tickets are available, our team will deliver your tickets.

Event organizers typically release tickets in proximity to the event, with many instances where tickets remain unreleased until approximately 72 hours before the scheduled occasion. Upon the availability of your tickets, our dedicated team ensures prompt delivery and we guarantee each order will be delivered in time for each event.

PDF E-Tickets

Once your e-tickets are ready to download, you will receive an email from us with a button to download your tickets, which will be available to you in PDF format. While you can easily view them on both computer and mobile devices, we recommend printing out the e-tickets for a seamless scanning process at the venue.

When your e-tickets are available, they can also be downloaded from My Account.

Mobile Ticket

Once your mobile tickets are made available to you, you will receive an email from us with a link to open your tickets on your mobile device. True to their name, mobile tickets are intended for scanning directly from your device within the venue. We strongly advise against printing these tickets.

Mobile Ticket Transfer

Mobile Ticket Transfer offers a secure and user-friendly digital ticketing solution. Ticket Merchant will provide you with details about the ticket issuing company and the necessary steps to obtain your tickets. To proceed, you'll be prompted to create an account with the designated company. After successfully completing the transfer process, your tickets will be securely stored in your personal account.

Third Party App

For some events, a third-party application is needed to be downloaded to access your tickets. You will be provided with detailed instructions on the necessary steps to retrieve your tickets through this secure and safe digital process.

Hard Copy Tickets

Hard copy tickets will be sent via secure registered postal tracking. Once tickets have been posted, you will receive an email from Ticket Merchant with a tracking number for your reference.
