Your confirmation email is not your ticket, but it is your proof of purchase. Ensuring that you have received the confirmation email is important as this is the same email to which your tickets will be delivered.

Order Verification

  • Our internal payment system reviews all orders and automatically flags any orders that require verification. If your order has not passed our internal fraud check, you will receive an email and/or text message requesting to verify your order. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your tickets or order; it is simply a security measure for protection against online fraudulent activity. The verification process is quick, easy and not intrusive to complete. 

 

Orders Placed Within 48 Hours of Each Match

  • Orders within 48 hours of each match will be fast tracked through our system. There is no need to contact us about the delivery of your order. Our team will be working behind the scenes to process your order and dispatch your tickets to the same email address used when placing your order.

  • Will all tickets be seated together?

    • Any tickets purchased together in the same ticket category will be seated together.

  • Can I purchase accessible seating?

    • If you are seeking accessible seating tickets, please reach out to the venue directly.

  • Can I add more tickets to my order?
     
    • If you are looking to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will endeavour to assist you with any changes to the best of their ability. Please be aware that ticket availability is limited and changes requested after your order has already been placed may not always be possible.

  • How do I buy group packages?
     
    • If you are looking to purchase tickets for a large group, please email your booking enquiry to [email protected] 

  • I am no longer able to attend. Can I refund or resell?

    • As per our terms and conditions, all sales are final, and we do not honour refund requests or order cancellations unless the event is cancelled or abandoned.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be provided for the following circumstance(s):
    • Less than 15 overs are completed for a single day Test Match or an ODI and no result is recorded for the match on the day.
    • Less than 6 overs are completed for a T20 or BBL match and no result is recorded for the match on the day.

      **Please note that no refunds will be issued if a match is delayed or the start time is moved, as long as the match takes place on the day written on your ticket. Refunds will also not be issued if a game ends early due to the normal course of play.  

 

Event Information

  • Gates will open 2 hours prior to the match. For smooth entry, ensure you have your barcoded ticket easily accessible on your smartphone.  It is recommended that you allow plenty of time to get to the venue for parking or potential public transport delays. In addition to this, you must ensure belongings align with the specific venues entry requirements.

  • MCG:

    • All of Level 4 is undercover with the exception of: Q29, Q30, Q56 and Q57
    • On level 1, double letter rows will have some shielding from the sun.

  • Sydney Showground:

    • All Upper Level seating

  • Sydney Cricket Ground:

    • Top half of all the Upper Level

  • The Gabba:

    • Top half of all the Upper Level

  • University of Tasmania Stadium:

    • Row F and behind in Northern and Southern Terrace
    • Row K and behind in Carlton Draught Stand
    • Row EE and behind in Western Stand and Upper Level

  • Adelaide Oval:

    • All Level 4 and 5 with the exception of sections: 520 and 529b
    • All Level 3 with the exception of sections: 320, 321, 328a and 328b

  • Bellerive Oval (Blundstone Arena):

    • All The Hill with the exceptions of sections: 23-30
    • Top half of Upper Levels sections 1-22
