Just a week before the album's launch, on March 21, the band dropped the fourth single "Leave Me Alone."

"Self Hell" marks the sixth studio album from the British metalcore group While She Sleeps, hitting shelves on March 29, 2024. Released through their independent label, Sleeps Brothers, in partnership with Spinefarm Records, the album, akin to their previous release "Sleeps Society" (2021), was helmed by the band's lead guitarist, Sean Long, and producer Carl Bown.
