All You Need To Know About Tyler Childers
Timothy Tyler Childers (born June 21, 1991) is an American singer and songwriter. His music is a mix of neotraditional country, bluegrass, and folk. He released his breakout studio album Purgatory in August 2017. Childers has released six studio albums and a number of EPs and singles.
Tyler Childers, originating from Lawrence County, Kentucky, was brought up in a household where his father was employed in the coal industry, and his mother served as a nurse. After spending a semester at Western Kentucky University, Childers decided to continue his education at Bluegrass Community and Technical College for a few semesters. However, he eventually left college and took up various odd jobs for a period, all the while dedicating himself to his musical aspirations.
