Aldous Harding will return to Australia this November for a series of four exclusive headline performances in Melbourne, Hobart, Sydney and Brisbane. The New Zealand songwriter, recognised for her distinctive blend of folk minimalism and art-pop experimentation, will present material from her forthcoming fifth studio album Train On The Island, due for release on 8 May via 4AD and Remote Control Records. The new record has been introduced through the singles ‘One Stop’ and ‘Venus In The Zinnia’, which have received radio premieres on BBC Radio 6Music and BBC Radio 2 respectively.

The Australian dates follow an extensive international touring schedule across Europe and North America, comprising more than 60 performances. Harding last appeared in Australia earlier in the year as a support act on Nick Cave’s Wild God tour.
