Benjamin Levin, professionally known as Benny Blanco, is an acclaimed American musician, songwriter, record producer, and singer. Over the course of his career, he has received numerous accolades, including the 2013 Hal David Starlight Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame, five BMI Songwriter of the Year awards, and the iHeartRadio Producer of the Year award in 2017. Blanco is recognised for his influential role in shaping contemporary pop music, with a career spanning collaborations with leading international artists such as Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Halsey, Katy Perry, Maroon 5, Kesha, Rihanna, Sia, The Weeknd, Selena Gomez, Keith Urban, Tory Lanez, Wiz Khalifa, Kanye West, J Balvin, and Juice Wrld. He is also the founder of Mad Love Records and Friends Keep Secrets, both in partnership with Interscope Records.

In 2018, Blanco made his debut as a performing artist with the single “Eastside”, a collaboration with Halsey and Khalid, which reached number nine on the Billboard Hot 100. The track marked his first top 10 credit as an artist and his 27th top 10 as a songwriter, including seven number-one hits. Following this success, he released singles such as “I Found You” with Calvin Harris, “Better to Lie” with Jesse and Swae Lee, “Roses” and “Graduation” with Juice Wrld, as well as a version of “Roses” with Brendon Urie. Later in 2018, Blanco released his first studio album, solidifying his position as both a songwriter and performing artist with a distinctive voice in modern pop music.
